Can I compare a full shop or just one item?
Both — you can compare your entire shop or check individual items to see where they’re cheapest.
Do I need to shop at multiple stores?
Not at all. Grocery Go shows you where each item is cheapest, as well as where your full shop is cheapest overall — so you can decide how you want to shop.

How does location work?
If you enable location services, Grocery Go can show nearby stores.
Do I have to enable location services?
No — it’s optional. You can still use the app without it.
Pricing, savings & how it works
Why do prices change so often?
Supermarket prices change frequently due to promotions, stock levels, and weekly specials.
Are specials and discounts included?
Where available, Grocery Go includes specials — even ones not always highlighted in catalogues.
Will I always get the cheapest shop?
We show you the best available comparison, but final prices may vary slightly in-store.

Will more supermarkets be added?
Yes — we’re planning to expand to include more stores like ALDI, IGA, and others shortly after launch.
Will new features be added?
Absolutely — Grocery Go will continue to evolve with new tools to help you save even more.

What happens after I purchase?
You’ll receive confirmation and will get full access as soon as we launch.
Can I change my email or details?
Yes — you’ll be able to update your details inside your account.

Yes — we take data security seriously and use trusted providers like Stripe for payments.
Do you store my payment details?
No — all payments are securely processed by third-party providers.
